While the wife will no doubt be more eloquent, I’ll just say that the Wailin’ Jennys last night at the Birchmere sure sang purdy-like. Is it me or do Canadians intentionally say the word “about” more often, just for kicks?

The Wailin’ Jennys really do make me wish I were Canadian :-) I do highly recommend checking them out. We first saw them when we went to see “A Prairie Home Companion” (the radio show, not the movie) last spring and were really impressed. They remind me a little bit of a folksier Canadian version of the Dixie Chicks.
